Feb. 9th, 2019 11:18 pmToday was my Dad's Birthday. We went to the mall and and had some yogurt. Dad bought the new Switchfoot CD and we listened to it, me and Dad enjoyed it but Mom wasn't a fan. I have been feeling like my music taste must have been influenced by my Dad because he was always playing classic rock music around my sister and I. When I started college, I became a metal head when I discovered Red, Within Temptation, Night Wish, and Kamelot. I listen too pretty much all the different genres now. It became the sound track of my life and was one of the things that brought my Boy Friend together. : )
Speaking of metal music. I'm soooooooo in love with Within Temptation's new album! The music is perfect! I love the electronic bits they added, the choir, and that Sharon is going back to doing soprano vocals. She is an amazing singer.
I may have another job opportunity. I got a call from someone in a tech school that found my resume and wants to talk to me. We keep missing each other, but I know we'll get to talk about the job soon. I'm really hoping to get a full time position soon.
