A Positive Note

After I got back from work I figured out how to fix my painting by adding an extra layer on the parts that got splotchy from rain. : D

I still want to add more details to her mouth and choker necklace later to give the painting extra depth.

Today, I decided to bring my alcohol base markers because they dry a lot faster then water colors but still has a nice blend at the same time. I like the results and plan on going back to working with them.

These are great! I just love watercolors; it's always been my favorite painting style and I think I'm better at it than acrylics. I hope that once I'm done with grad school I can go back to arts/crafts and creative writing and improve my skills. *sigh*

Thank you! :) I love watercolors a lot and it's becoming one of my favorite medias to work with. I find them very relaxing. When you have time to start creating art again I would love to see what you paint. :)
